Now DraftKings is planning to kick it up a notch as they launch a $1 million guaranteed Super Pool where you’ll be able to pad your pockets with cash – if you’re good at making winning picks.

If you’re planning to join the Super Pool, the rules are quite simple. There’s a $500 buy-in to get started, you can have up to three entries and you simply have to make 70 picks throughout the regular season. The person with the most correct picks wins.
What’s interesting is that they aren’t forcing you to make picks every week. Most contests will require you to make, say, four picks per week and you have to find four games – even if you don’t like anything on the card. With this contest, you make 70 picks in total, so you can pick 10 games in Week 8 and zero games in Week 9. You have that flexibility.
As mentioned, the buy-in for everyone is $500 a head and each person can get three entries. You have to sign up before Sunday, September 29th if you want to qualify and get a piece of the pie.
$1 Million Guaranteed, Hundreds Of Winners
The beauty of this contest is that there will be at least $1,000,000 in winnings to go around. The person with the most correct picks at the end of the season will earn a 25% share of the entire prize pool. As of right now, that’s at least $250,000 but remember that the more people play, the bigger the pool grows. The runner-up will earn the greater of 15% of the pool or $150,000 and third-place will earn 10% of the prize pool or at least $100,000.
While many contests only pay the Top 3 or Top 10 slots, the Super Pool will payout to as many as 149 players. Anyone who finishes from 100th-149th still earns a 0.1% share of the pool, which might not seem like much in terms of percentages but with at least a million in the offering, that means those players will win at least $1000 each.
